Ingleside is a unique Northern Beaches suburb in the busy city of Sydney.  It is a semi-rural area with the luxury of being 5 min's to Mona Vale beach and only 30 min's to the city's CBD.

To keep this rural feel our clients engaged New England Country Homes.  This country based business designs custom kit homes for rural NSW.  With the design complete we were contracted to build their dream home.

This home backs onto Ku-ring-gai National Park and includes; 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study, living room with kitchen and dinning, upstairs rumpus, laundry, double garage, basement cellar and large veranda's to complete the country feel.

To reduce energy consumption we have included, gas appliances, solar hot water with gas booster, walls ceiling and floor fully insulated,a 105,000 litre water tank to service the entire home, combustion heating, cross-flow ventilation and wide veranda's to shade the building.

Its not very often that you get the opportunity to build a home of this style on the Northern Beaches and it is yet another project that we are very proud of.
